| Abstract | This paper shows an application of aspect oriented programming techniques to the development of the synchronization control concerns of a multimedia system. In particular, the use of AspectJ is experimented with the construction of a real-time QoS filter controlling the quality of service of distributed multimedia sessions over the Internet. Aspects are also exploited for testing the temporal behaviour of the synchronized system. In the experiments Java Media Framework supplies the rendering system. |
